Christmas Ornaments and Christmas Tree Reminder
Please send in a small photo of your child by tomorrow for our Christmas ornament. It could be a school photo, sports photo or even a snapshot of your child.
I could also use a few more items to decorate the ornaments such as sequins, glitter, small stickers, beads, small flat trinkets, buttons, small flowers, etc. If you have any of these items could you please send them in tomorrow or Monday? Thank you!
We could also use some lunch bags and tissue to wrap our Christmas gifts.
Please return the Christmas Tree Decorating flyer by tomorrow if possible. Please send the items by next Tuesday.
Thank you so much for your support!
Happy holidays!

Rotation Next Monday, Dec. 3
Grade 3 will be having our rotation classes next Monday, Dec. 3. Rotation takes place twice a quarter and allows the children to have instruction from Resource teachers and allows the teachers to have time to compile assessment results and collaborate on instructional needs and strategies. Students will be having art, performing arts, PE, guidance, technology, and library classes. Please don't forget to wear shoes and bring a water bottle for PE.
First Round of HSA Testing Completed
We made it through our first round of HSA testing! Congratulations to the students for working so hard and trying their best! Many of the students passed on their first try and will be focusing on doing even better on the next two rounds. If your child did not pass yet, encourage them to try their best in school, do all their homework and classwork, work on their computer programs and read, read, read! All of that will help them gain the necessary skills to pass the test. Mahalo!
